Iris Connection, Inc. developers of the Watchman System welcomed two new investor partners onboard in February 2007.

Bill Carriere, President of Borges of California and CEO of Carriere Family Farms has joined the Iris Team as well as the Iris board of directors. Bill’s background in international business, world markets, and management of dynamic organizations brings unique insights and leadership to the Iris Team.

Bill is currently on the board of directors California Walnut Marketing Board, and the Glenn County Planning Commission – Commissioner District 5

He received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis. Bill is married and has three children and lives in Glenn, California. Bill sees the opportunity at Iris as one of being “in on the ground floor” and being able to support a sound business plan with a strong team in a growing market.

Bob and Becky Stofa, have been married almost 34 years, and have two sons; Bob was a junior high math teacher, in Southern California, a real estate broker in Chico, and a math instructor at California State University Chico. Becky has taught elementary school in West Covina, California and currently substitute teaches in Chico. The Sofa’s have a number of real estate investments and partnerships in Chico.

Bob says; “One of my criteria to invest or be part of a project is the people that are involved. If you have good people, you have a much better chance of success. This is why we wanted to become part of the ‘Iris’ family.”
